Keolis Commuter Services Welcomes Manuel Liongson as new Chief Financial Officer
BOSTON – April 18, 2023 –Keolis Commuter Services, the MBTA’s operating partner for Commuter Rail, announced today that Manuel (Mandy) Liongson has joined their executive team as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance, Planning and Performance. Mr. Liongson comes to Keolis Commuter Services after nine years at Philips North America, serving most recently as the Finance Director for North America, Sales and Services.

Mandy has developed expertise across multiple sectors including healthcare, technology and manufacturing for employers like Phillips North America, Colgate Palmolive, Mars Inc. and US Airways. Most recently, he has held various global management roles at Philips as the FP&A Leader for the CT and AMI Imaging Businesses, Head of Finance for Philips Lifeline, and the Health Systems Sales Regional CFO for the North American market. In these roles, Mandy was able to build financial rigor, elevate business partnering of the finance organization, and provide insight and solutions to the Commercial team beyond financials. These resulted in business turnaround, digital transformation, and unprecedented order growth in each of those roles, respectively. Mandy holds a Master of Business Administration, Finance, Strategy and Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines.
As the operating partner for the Commuter Rail, Keolis Commuter Services is Massachusetts largest contractor and one of the largest employers in the region with more than 2,400 people.
