Keolis North America CEO David Scorey signs pledge committing to further advancing initiatives around diversity, equity and inclusion
BOSTON – January 25, 2022 - Keolis today announced CEO David Scorey has signed the CEO Action pledge to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). This action helps commit the business to advancing this work for its current 6,000 employees and prospective employees.
“Keolis has made tremendous progress in recent years and we continue to build a diverse talent pipeline, support our people, and advance initiatives that reinforce our firm belief that everyone should feel valued at Keolis,” said Keolis North America President and CEO David Scorey. “In signing the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion pledge, we are taking our initiatives even further by holding our organization accountable to our peers and committing to learning from one another.”
By becoming a signatory CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion, Keolis has committed to:
- Cultivate environments that support open dialogue on complex — and often difficult — conversations around diversity, equity and inclusion,
- Implement and expand unconscious bias education and training,
- Share best-known diversity, equity and inclusion programs and initiatives — as well as those that have been unsuccessful, and,
- Engage boards of directors when developing and evaluating diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
