Keolis Appoints Kim Kuziak as Vice President of Business Development for the North American Region 

Kuziak brings more than 12 years of external experience and deep understanding of North American market 

  

BOSTON – MAY 27, 2022 - Keolis North America (Keolis) today announced Kim Kuziak as the new VP of Business Development in North America. Kim will be accountable for continuing Keolis’ strategic growth objectives and expanding its portfolio through new partnerships with public transit agencies across the United States and Canada.  

 

In this new role, Kim’s accountabilities will include pipeline development consolidation and arbitration, market positioning, project governance, proposal preparation, and continuous improvement. Additionally, Kim will manage business intelligence systems to deliver actionable insights into the company’s operating performance, facilitating continuous improvement in safety, maintenance, and operational efficiency.

Kim joined Keolis in November 2019 as the Director of Business Development, leading process adherence and governance, pricing function and the technical proposal process. In addition, she oversaw all back-office functions for the business development department.  

 

Prior to Keolis, Kim’s experience spanned several positions within the industry that included business development, operations, and strategy, as well as finance management and strategy at Cisco. Prior to Cisco, Kim spent approximately 12 years at Transdev (formerly Veolia), covering bid pricing in transit and rail, financial analysis, compliance, and even serving as a financial controller.
